These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between Vivaah Events & Entertainment (hereinafter referred to as “The Company”) and the Client (hereinafter referred to as “You”). By booking an event with The Company, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Scope of Services
1.1 The Company will provide the event management services as outlined in the service agreement or quotation. 1.2 Any additional services or modifications requested after the agreement has been signed may incur additional charges.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to confirm the booking. 2.2 The remaining balance must be paid as per the payment schedule outlined in the agreement. 2.3 All payments are to be made via bank transfer, cheque, or any other agreed-upon method. 2.4 Late payments may result in penalties or delays in services.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 If you wish to cancel the booking, a written notice must be provided. 3.2 Cancellation fees will apply as follows:
30% of the total cost if canceled 14 Days prior to the event date.
50% of the total cost if canceled less than 14 Days before the event.
3.3 The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
4. Client Responsibilities
4.1 You must provide accurate event details, including venue access, guest count, and any specific requirements. 4.2 You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or licenses required for the event. 4.3 You agree to ensure the safety and security of attendees and inform The Company of any special risks or hazards.
5. Force Majeure
5.1 The Company shall not be held liable for any delays, cancellations, or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or pandemics.
6. Liability
6.1 The Company will exercise all reasonable care in executing its services but is not responsible for:
Any loss or damage to personal belongings.
Injuries or accidents occurring during the event.
Delays caused by third-party vendors or unforeseeable events.
7. Use of Media
7.1 The Company reserves the right to use photographs or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Third-Party Vendors
8.1 If The Company engages third-party services (e.g., catering, photography) on your behalf, their terms and conditions will also apply. 8.2 The Company is not responsible for the performance or service quality of third-party vendors.
9. Changes to the Event
9.1 Any changes to the event, including time, location, or services, must be communicated in writing and may be subject to additional charges.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. 10.2 Any disputes arising out of this agreement will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in [Asansol/West Bengal].
11. Acceptance of Terms
By making a booking with Vivaah Events & Entertainment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
